Irene M. Kelly, founder and CEO, constantly seeks to involve others in the organization who balance and compliment her skills. Irene, NCOC, completed Newfield Coaching for Professional & Personal Mastery at  Villanova University.  She has a diverse background in sales, business ownership, and organizational leadership. In addition to running Prisma, LLC, Irene is co-founder and principal of JICT, LLC. Through Prisma, LLC Irene works with educational and business leaders who recognize that improved interpersonal interactions positively impact the bottom line.  Her coaching mastery supports clients to choose how they lead so they can positively impact their organizations.  Irene’s practice is centered in the realm of life, leadership and academic coaching and training  students, parents and educators. JICT, LLC is a collaboration of three ontological coaches who created JICT Images.  JICT Images came to market to support coaches and clients to “get to the heart of the matter”.  The images close the gap between language and emotions and inspire conversations that are often missed. Aside from her work, Irene is an active volunteer, who has served in leadership roles in the Minnesota Coaches Association, the Eden Prairie Rotary Club and Rotary District 5950.  She co-facilitates and serves as a mentor for Women Entrepreneurs of Minnesota. As a parent of two grown sons, Brian and Matthew, Irene views parenting as her most important work.  Her parental mantra, “give them wings to fly” serves her well in her coaching role as she supports clients to empowerment and inspiration.
